I recommend you do not perform the same workout more than six times in a row because your body will have adapted to the program by then and results will diminish. You may return to a workout after you introduce a different one to keep your body confused and always in a state of adaptation.

Once you have completed this workout, you can make it a new workout by changing the rep ranges and the order of the exercises.
