I was recently going through some of my earlier books and was shocked when I looked at the recipes. One recipe for a chocolate cake that we served at Stars was served in big wedges. I was amazed we used to serve such a huge portion! People can’t eat like that anymore, At the same time, the cake is so good | still want to serve it so I work backward, I will serve a chicken or something else light for the main course, not a prime rib of beef.
