Notice the throw-over in wave [5]. With only two weeks left to expiration, there’s no great advantage to holding the call position any longer, so I sold the calls on March 3 for 222¼ points (May 2008 futures closed at 1559^4), which results in a net profit of 101¼ points.
The puts have little value right now since they are so far out-of-the-money. It would be best just to hold the puts. If this is a blow-off top, there should be a violent reversal, and perhaps—with a bit of luck—it might be possible to squeeze out some money from those puts.
